These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PoolFlow iOS application (“the App”) developed by Huggler Holdings LLC. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using PoolFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
PoolFlow is a pool service management tool that provides water chemistry calculations, service logging, route management, chemical inventory tracking, equipment tracking, and profit analytics. The App is intended for use by pool service professionals and pool owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use PoolFlow. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account and Data
PoolFlow does not require an account to use. All data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier: PoolFlow offers a free tier with core features limited to 5 pools.
PoolFlow Pro: A paid subscription that unlocks unlimited pools, profit analytics, route optimization, full backup and restore, and iCloud sync. Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers; unused portions of the trial are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PoolFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any purpose other than personal or professional pool service management
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
- Distribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties in any way not authorized by these Terms
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
PoolFlow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Important: Water chemistry calculations, dosing recommendations, and LSI values provided by PoolFlow are informational tools only. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for pool chemical treatment. Always verify water chemistry with professional testing equipment and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for all chemical products. Improper chemical application can cause property damage and personal injury.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huggler Holdings LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from:
- Reliance on dosing recommendations or water chemistry calculations
- Data loss or corruption
- Inaccurate route optimization or driving time estimates
- Service interruptions or iCloud sync failures
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
PoolFlow and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Huggler Holdings LLC.. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
PoolFlow integrates with Apple MapKit, Apple CloudKit (iCloud), and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party services.
10. Termination
You may stop using PoolFlow at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of PoolFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
